| Chemistry | LiFePO4 |
| Voltage | 6.4V |
| Capacity | 5400mAh (@0.5C discharge) |
| Energy | 69.12Wh |
| Dimension | 70(L)x47(W)x101(H)mm |
| Weight | Approx.350g |
We use 6 pieces of LiFepO4 18650-3.2V-1800mAh cells in a 2S3P configuration for the battery pack assembly.
The enclosure size is 70 x 47 x 101mm, which is the same size as a Lead-acid 6V4.5Ah battery. But a lead-acid battery 6V4.5Ah weighs 0.72kg, the LiFePO4 6.4V5.4Ah weighs 350g. The lead-acid 1-hour rate discharge capacity is around 2.6Ah, while LiFePO4 1 hour rate capacity is still 5.4Ah.
LiFePO4 battery has a cycle life 5~10 times to the lead-acid battery.
Although the LiFePO4 battery’s up-front cost might is higher, it saves money and rewards you more convenience in long-term consideration.
