TC165-L4 LiFePO4 Battery Pack — Power Built for Golf Carts
The TC165-L1 is a 48V 165Ah LiFePO4 power battery pack engineered for golf cart applications. Built with a 15S1P configuration using IFP48173166-165Ah cells, it delivers a typical capacity of 165Ah (160Ah minimum) with a nominal voltage of 48V, ensuring reliable, long-lasting power for daily use.
The pack features a robust, integrally structured enclosure with a separate control box, weighing approximately 70.5kg for the main body plus 2kg for the control unit. It supports CC-CV charging up to 54.75V and standard discharge to 40.5V, with a cycle life exceeding 2500 cycles at 80% capacity retention.
Equipped with a comprehensive PCM protection system covering overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and over-temperature protection, plus a 4320-minute sleep mode, the TC165-L1 combines safety, durability, and intelligent management.
